Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish native singer. She was born on the 25th of December in 1954, at Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox was admitted to the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 1970s where she studied the flute piano as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. Her budget was supplemented by a stipend to students and part-time work. When she was at the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied by her performance when compared with her peers and was contemplating a different path she might follow. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976 in a band called Dragons Playground. However, she left prior to her group being requested to take part in I.T.V.'s talent show New Faces. The main part of her role was The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until 1980. In this band, she met Dave Stewart who would later join Eurythmics. Following that Lennox began working for her debut album as a solo artist Diva that was released in 1992. The album was hugely successful both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in the month of November. The C.D. Lennox has selected her top jazz, blues and soul tunes. Lepidoptera features four keyboard tracks. The E.P. Her first solo album in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art with the title "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox born December 25 1954 is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and musician and singer. After a brief success as a member of the band called The Tourists in the late 1970s, she and her fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to become internationally renowned as the duo known as Eurythmics during the 1980s. Lennox began her solo musical career in 1992, with an album titled Diva. The album featured a variety of popular songs including the hit song Walking On Broken Glass and What's the Matter with You. Medusa is her album in 1995. studio features covers of No MoreI Love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. The six solo studio albums as well as her compilation album contain a variety of hits.
